We're Coming to You!
AIS is hitting the road, and bringing a free process audit with us.
If you're installing O-rings or seals by hand, you're spending more than you should.
We'd like to prove it.
AIS National Account Manager Elisa Romanishin is visiting manufacturers across the country to offer free, no-obligation process audits. She'll walk your line, look at how you're installing seals and rings today, and tell you honestly where AIS can help, and where it can't.
No pressure. Just a set of experienced eyes on your assembly process.

What's a Free Process Audit?
It's a short, focused walk of your assembly or production line with someone who knows seal installation inside and out.
During the visit, Elisa will look at:
-
Where O-rings, seals, or retaining rings are currently installed in your process
-
Whether those steps are manual, semi-automated, or automated, and how well each is working
-
Cycle time, placement consistency, and injury/fatigue risk at manual stations
-
Where AIS equipment could realistically reduce cost, increase throughput, or improve quality
You'll come away with a clear picture of where you stand and what's possible. AIS comes away with a better understanding of your needs. If there's a fit, we'll talk about it. If there isn't, we'll tell you that too.
AIS has been building O-ring and seal installation machines in Erie, PA since 1977. We know what good looks like.
