The External Series (ASP’s) O-ring installation machines enhance production and quality by automatically orienting, feeding, and installing O-rings externally with accurate placement. The semiautomatic machines deliver convenient compact benchtop designs with speeds up to 3600 parts per hour depending on operator efficiency. The machines have right or left hand configuration availability that can readily accommodate various O-ring sizes with a simple quick tooling change. The PLC controlled machines can be easily integrated into new or existing automated production lines for horizontal or vertical applications.
