What You'll See at Booth 4349
Every machine on the floor will be running, not on a screen, not in a video loop. If you've never seen an o-ring installed at production speed without damaging the seal, two minutes at our booth is worth your time.
ASP Series
External O-Ring Machines

Fast, precise seal installation on external grooves.
The ASP-1 and its variants handle a wide range of groove diameters, with tooling changes under 10 minutes.
If your line is still installing external o-rings by hand, this is the conversation to have.
ISP Series
Internal O-Ring Machines

Easily install seals inside your parts.
ISP Series, Internal O-Ring Installation Precision placement inside bores and ports, the geometry that gives manual installation the most trouble.
The ISP series installs seals in tight internal features reliably and without damage, every cycle.
Automated System with
Verification Sensor

Automated System + Verification Sensor ★ New at This Show
Fully automated o-ring installation with integrated verification sensor. The machine installs the seal and immediately confirms it's seated correctly.
Parts that don't pass can get diverted. Every cycle, inline, without adding operator burden.
Custom
Hand Tools

Custom Hand Tools Not every application justifies a full machine.
For lower volumes or challenging geometries, AIS custom hand tools deliver consistent, repeatable installation without the guesswork, engineered for your specific part.
Install It. Then Verify It Happened.
Installing an o-ring and knowing it's installed correctly are two different problems. AIS has always handled the first one well. The new verification sensor, integrated directly into our automated system, handles the second one, inline, every cycle. Before your assembly moves downstream, the sensor confirms the seal is present. Parts that don't pass can be diverted. Results can be logged. Nothing slips through on a guess.

"We think it's installed"
isn't good enough.
- Seal presence confirmed after every installation
- Pass/fail sortation, bad parts diverted, not just flagged (Optional)
- Results logged for traceability and quality reporting (Optional)
Also at Booth 4349:
Fralo
Our sister company Fralo, precision sheet metal fabrication and UL 508A-certified industrial control panels, will share our booth this year. Same ownership, both in Erie, PA, different product lines. If you spec custom enclosures or control panels alongside your automation equipment, the conversation just got more efficient.
Stop by and meet both teams at Booth 4349.
